Prices and currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. Prices can change without notice, but the price you are shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund it in full rather than fulfil it. We will tell you before doing so.
Availability
Stock is finite and lot-based. If an item sells out between your order and our packing it, we will refund that line and ship the rest.
What these products are
These are food ingredients. Nothing on this site is a claim that a product prevents, treats or cures anything. Where a product is a natural health product under Canadian law, it is sold only once it holds the required licence.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
Limitation of liability
This clause has deliberately not been drafted. A limitation-of-liability clause copied from another shop is worse than none at all, because it creates the appearance of protection without the substance. Have a lawyer write this one.
